A presentation you can run
A technical presentation rebuilt as reusable agents, skills, demos, and a working application instead of a deck people forget.
I wanted a technical presentation to be useful after the meeting ended.
Instead of stopping at slides, I packaged the ideas as runnable material: five demo scripts, a small application, API and frontend specifications, agents, commands, and skills. Someone can read the explanation, run the examples, inspect the system, and adapt the patterns to their own work.
The project reflects a broader preference of mine: if an explanation can become a tool, make the tool. The repository is the presentation, the workshop, and the source material in one place.
